Quality Control Policy
Before shipping your order, we provide detailed Quality Control (QC) images to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
β QC Approval Process
- Once QC images are sent, you must respond within 24 hours.
- If no response is received within 24 hours, it will be considered as approval, and your order will be automatically shipped.
π QC Defects
- If your watch shows visible defects in the QC images (e.g. scratches, damage, or broken parts), we will issue a full refund upon your request.
- Watch parts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is placed.
