Refund & Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds for returned items. Please review the details below carefully before making a purchase.

Inspection Window
You have 48 hours from the time your package is delivered to report any faults or issues with your watch.
If we do not hear from you within this time frame, we will consider the order accepted and in good condition.

If your watch has a defect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours.
  • Return the item to us and we will forward it to the factory for repair.

Return & Exchange Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your case qualifies as a special condition (e.g., DOA – Dead on Arrival).

If a refund or exchange is approved, the following applies:

  • You will receive 80% of the product’s total price, excluding any transaction fees.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, as returned items must be re-inventoried.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the watch must be:

  • 100% brand new
  • Still plastic-wrapped in the exact condition it was shipped
  • Unworn and unused

We do not offer refunds for items with opened or damaged protective wrapping.
Free promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
